Annual Report for the Year Ended 31 December 2021 & Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

IGas announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts 2021 to shareholders together with the Notice of AGM 2022 and forms of proxy. The AGM will be held on 15 June 2022.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2021 and Notice of AGM 2022 will be available on the Company's website at http://www.igasplc.com.

The result of the AGM will be announced shortly after its conclusion and published on the Company's website.
